Timeless Style with Timberlook Flush Sash Windows and Hallmark Composite Doors
We recently completed a stunning home transformation using Timberlook flush sash windows and a Hallmark composite front door, creating a clean, heritage-inspired aesthetic with modern performance benefits. These flush sash windows replicate the traditional timber look, but with the durability and energy efficiency of modern uPVC.
To further enhance the property, we installed a new kitchen window complete with a supporting lintel and in full compliance with building regulations. Not only does the new window improve the look of the exterior, but it also floods the kitchen with natural light, transforming the interior feel. It’s a noticeable upgrade in both style and comfort — can you spot the difference?

Traditional Looks, Modern Comfort: uPVC Vertical Sliding Sash Windows
This beautiful property recently received a set of uPVC vertical sliding sash windows, perfectly blending classic charm with contemporary convenience. These windows mimic the appearance of traditional timber sashes, making them ideal for period homes or those in conservation areas — all while offering modern draught-proofing and energy efficiency.
Made from durable, low-maintenance uPVC, these sash windows won’t warp, rot, or peel. A small application of maintenance oil once a year is all that’s needed to keep the sliding mechanisms operating smoothly. It’s a cost-effective, stylish solution that improves performance without losing the home’s traditional character.

VEKA Casement Frames with A-Rated Glazing and Built-In Blinds
Energy efficiency and practicality came together in this recent job where we installed VEKA casement window frames, fitted with A-rated double-glazed units for top-tier insulation. These frames are built to perform — keeping warmth in during the colder months while also reducing outdoor noise.
What sets this installation apart are the integrated internal blinds we added to the kitchen and dining room windows. These blinds are sealed between the glass panes, providing a sleek, dust-free solution that allows for easy light control and zero maintenance. A modern upgrade that’s as smart as it is stylish.

Full Roof Conversion with Leka Warm Roof System and Structural Alterations
Here’s a great example of how a structural change can unlock the full potential of a living space. For this project, we replaced an old conservatory roof with a Leka warm roof system, providing year-round usability and vastly improved energy efficiency. Unlike standard glass or polycarbonate roofs, the Leka system creates a fully insulated, tiled finish that blends seamlessly with the existing home.
Before installing the new roof, we needed to raise the roofline slightly. To do this, we resized the landing window, bricked up the excess space, and plastered the interior for a clean finish. These adjustments allowed for proper alignment and insulation without compromising on design. The result is a warm, quiet, and comfortable space that feels like a true extension of the home — no matter the season.
